SERVICE & WARRANTY

Customer satisfaction is at the heart of ikano’s motto. We’re confident you’ll love our products, however, if you are not satisfied with your new product we’d also like you to know that you are fully protected by our warranty policy and 7 days exchange service, which you will find is better than most of the other supplier in the industry.

Warranty Policy :

Our products are manufactured in accordance with the same procedures and standards as the original OEM plants. Regardless original lamp or OEM lamps, all of our products come with a 6 months’ warranty, covering workmanship errors and defective parts.

· Warranty is valid from date of shipment

· During the warranty period, free replacement service one to one exchanges will be processed based on stock availability.

Not covered by our warranty policy :

· Damages caused by human error or misuse.

· For all orders, the original shipping fees are non-refundable.

· Lamps damaged by projector malfunction, i.e. cooling or power supply issues or Blast.

14 Days Exchanges Service

On top of the warranty, we take a step further in ensuring our customers get what they want:

If you have ordered the wrong item, we will exchange it for you!

We know mistake do happen, even our customers could have a change of heart on what they want. So we offer you to exchange the product within 14 days of invoice regardless the reason, so that you can be complete confident in your purchase from ikano.

To return a product, please kindly contact us in order to receive a RMA number (Return merchandise authorization). This number will enable you to schedule a pick up or drop the battery at the nearest post office for a return. All products should be returned in their original packaging. We will not accept a return with any damage to or defacing of the original packaging. Furthermore, you may require to pay the shipping cost between Mainland China and Taiwan depends on where the stock is located.
